Kombucha is a fermented tea with a history dating back more than 2,000 years. Recognized as one of the U.S.’ first kombucha craft brewers, Madison, Wisconsin–based NessAlla Kombucha specializes in creating kombucha using Rishi Tea from Milwaukee and the finest herbal ingredients. They brew six flavors and three premium flavors year-round in addition to a seasonal blend every solstice and equinox. All are available in both retail bottles and foodservice kegs. NessAlla uses only organic and Fair Trade Certified ingredients.
